Keynote For University and High School

Program Topic: Boomerang Relationship Skills
Suggested Title: Connecting Gen Y in a Gen X World

Program Description:

  • Are you aware the majority of jobs are not publicized, but filled through connections?
  • Did you know that the majority of U.S. college graduates are successfully employed in fields not related to their majors?
  • Are you well connected in your community and school? Do people know who you are?
  • Do you have a system of remembering the details of each person you meet?
  • Are you the “Go To” person your friends and family turn to when they have a need?

Statistics show that today’s youth will have 7 to 10 career changes in their lifetime.  Did you know that over half the jobs that they will be working in have not been invented yet?  Success today is more dependent than ever on the relationships we nurture throughout our lives. High School and University students that develop the art of connecting early in their careers will be way ahead of their competition.

Sharan helps students through the art and skill of Boomerang Relationship Connecting.  The art and skill of listening, asking questions, and giving unconditionally are only a few of the skills today’s youth must learn in order to succeed in the every changing competitive workforce.
